About ProQAWays
The work behind your business, under one roof.
ProQAWays is a single window solutions hub based in Karachi. We run the functions that keep a company going — support, back office, books, development, and reputation — so the people you hired for judgment aren't spending their week on process.
Why We Exist
What "single window" actually means
Most companies end up with a bookkeeper here, a dev shop there, an agency for reviews. Three invoices, three onboardings, and nobody holding the whole picture. When something crosses two of them, the coordination lands back on you.
We put those functions under one roof and one manager. You brief us once. When a request touches two teams, sorting that out is our job, not yours — and you still get one invoice and one person to call.
- One named manager for every function
- Your process documented, not improvised
- One contract covering every service
- Work delivered by our own staff
How We Work
Four things we hold ourselves to
Write the process down
Before we run anything, we document how it works. It stops the process living in one person's head — yours or ours — and it's yours to keep either way.
One person accountable
Every engagement has a named manager. You're not routed through a queue, and you don't re-explain your business to whoever picks up.
Report the bad weeks too
Reporting is agreed up front and sent on schedule, including when the numbers aren't flattering. You should never learn about a problem from your own customer.
Say no when it fits
If a function is too tangled to hand over yet, or you'd be better served hiring in-house, we'll tell you on the first call rather than sell you a contract.
How We Start
No long discovery phase before anything moves
Most engagements go from first call to a working handover inside a few weeks. You keep the final say at every step.
-
01
A call to understand the work
What the function involves today, who touches it, and where it breaks. No proposal deck yet.
-
02
A written scope
What we'll take on, what stays with you, how we'll measure it, and what it costs.
-
03
Shadow and document
We learn your process alongside your team and write it down, so it stops living in one person's head.
-
04
Run it and report
Your named manager handles day to day. You get regular reporting and one place to raise anything.
Who We Work With
Who we're usually a good fit for
Startups and founders
You need a function running properly but not a full-time hire yet. We cover it until the volume justifies one — or keep covering it.
Ops and finance leads
Your team is buried in recurring process work. We take the repeatable part so they can get back to judgment calls.
Agencies needing white-label delivery
You sell the work, we deliver behind your brand. The client relationship stays yours.

| Cover | Leave and sick days stop the work | More than one trained person on every function |
Questions
Things people ask before the first call
Do we have to outsource a whole function?
No. Plenty of engagements start with one piece — the monthly close, after-hours chat, a single cleanup project — and grow from there if it works out.
Who owns the process documentation and the data?
You do. Process documents, accounts, code and data stay yours throughout, and you get a copy at handover whether or not the engagement continues.
Can your team work our hours?
Yes. Shifts are set to your customers' time zone, including evening, weekend and after-hours cover where the engagement calls for it.
How is pricing worked out?
Per engagement, once we understand the volume and the hours involved. Dedicated teams are priced per seat, projects as a fixed scope, and shared work by the hours you need. There are no rate cards on this site because the honest answer depends on the work.
What if it isn't working?
Notice periods are written into the contract, and the process documentation is yours, so you can move the function back in-house or elsewhere without starting from scratch.
How do you handle confidential information?
We'll sign an NDA before scoping if you'd like one, and access is limited to the staff assigned to your engagement.
Tell us what's taking up your week.
A short call, no obligation. If outsourcing isn't the answer for you, we'll say so.
